Strategy and Transformation Unit plays a key function in driving change and improvement across the organization by focusing on three critical areas; Strategic Alignment, Project Delivery and Monitoring and Reporting.
The Unit ensures all transformation efforts align with the organisation’s strategic goals, manage changes smoothly through effective communication and stakeholder engagement, and oversee the planning and execution of projects to meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards. It also identifies and mitigates risks, tracks progress through key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously look for areas of improvement.
By building strong relationships with stakeholders and maintaining clear reporting and documentation, the Unit ensures transparency, accountability and support throughout the transformation process. Together, these efforts enable successful and sustainable transformation.
