The guideline & Advisory are issued to provide directives, notices, flying clubs, flying schools information in Air Operations or flight operation division.

Directives and notices to Air Operations are published for the purpose of bringing to attention of educational materials related to aviation safety to the Air Operation. This notice could be initiated as a result of ICAO state letters which do not require immediate changes to the local regulations, new safety initiatives or international best practices.
